Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions. • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews. • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. • Preparing and processing timely distribution of attendance, bonus, increment salary slip, and • leave encasement and overtime and salary statement. • Prepare the performance review for full of probation staffs as per their probation period. • Provide the SSB and EC issues with the Government Office. • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation. • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance. • Maintaining and regularly updating employee’s database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee. • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems • Create and implement effective on boarding plans • Develop training and development programs. • Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues. • Support the Team Building Plan and also staff party and another HR related activity. • Maintaining and regularly updating employee at a base (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee. • Support the development and implementation of HHR initiatives and systems • Create and implement effective on boarding plans • Develop training and development programs • Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation • Support the Team Building Plan and also staff party and another HR related activity. • Conduct orientations and update records of new staffs • Support to establish data management and reporting, • Assist the other duties and issues for manager as needed


Requirements

- Must have Diploma in HR. More Prefer the Degree of (B.Com in HR) (BBA in HIR) and MBA - At Least (2) years working experience in the related field. - Must have the knowledge of HR technology and Microsoft packages. - Must have good communication skill, willing to learn and can able to be work to get the job done.

- Age Between - 20 to 30
