Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Achieve periodic sales targets and proactively take initiatives to improve sales performance. - Extensive Market & Industry research to Identify new opportunities - Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close. - Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments. - Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information. - Review & Achieve Sales Performance, aiming to meet or exceed Sales Target


Requirements

- Computer Skill & English Skill (Intermediate) - Over (3) years experiences in above position and then minimum (5) years experiences in Sales field (More preferable in Tire field, Motor Cycle Spare part, Engine Oil) or Trading field - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude - Team player with proven ability to work under pressure - 100% Accountability and responsibility

- Age Between - 25 to 30


Qualifications / Certificates

- Any graduated with Diploma of Sales Management or Sales Planning
