• Executing SOPs at the stores by coaching, training to all supervisors and staffs. • Maintaining safety and food quality standards. • Keeping customers happy by delivering best customer service and handling complaints • Organizing schedules and duties roster. • Handling inventory at stores and managing timely orders, FIFO. • Supervising daily shift operations at different stores at the same time. • Coordinating daily front stores and back office operations. • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste. • Appraising staff performance, interviewing and recruiting new employees. • Communicate well with 3rd parties, landlords, contractors, etc • Strong leadership skill and team player
- At least 5 years minimum management experience in F&B background. - Computer literacy. - Salary: Base Salary with Comissions
- Age Between - 30 to 40
- Bachelor Degree & Diploma in Business Management.
