Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Manage overall HR planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance Appraisal and training & development. -Develop HR department policies and procedures, employee's handbook, review JD & JS and create overall HR templates. -Compile and maintain market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention. -Experienced in working with KPI and Balanced Scorecard. -Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner. -Manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable. -Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions. -Assist to develop and review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness transition strategies. -Building Strong employee relations & Engagement to attain their trust & employer branding. -Maintain and Control Office Building and Vehicles. -Handling employees complain. -Manage all of office administrations work.


Requirements

-Must have 5 Years experiences in management field as HR & Admin Manager. -Knowledge of HR systems, databases and administrative works -Good Knowledge on HR Policies, Government Laws, Labour Law, Legislations -Knowledge about SSB Process & Personal Income Tax -Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail - Good cooperation reporting. -Ability to define problems, established facts, analyzed situations and make decisions. -Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and leadership skill, good cooperation reporting. -Working Hour - 9:00 AM to 5:00PM -Holidays - Sunday/ Gazette Holidays

Qualifications / Certificates

-Any graduated or Prefer MBA
