• Organize ad coordinate medical representative’s schedule • Supervise medical representatives field acclivities and productivity • Daily field work as per route plan either with MR or independently • In the joint work accompany with only one MR in one day form 1st call to last call to add more values and guidance to the team member • Daily call report should be sent to immediate line manager (NSM), as per the prescribed reporting format • NSM can approved one day per week as admin day, to attend office full day to submit all administrative return and reporting • All managers should maintain minimum 20 key HCP (as connect doctor lists date posting every month to add mote value addition in the KOL relations The lists should not overlap with the NSM key customer lists • Track MR monthly call average missed call and frequency • Understand the HGPs need (clinical &personal) and offer solutions and support • Meet all sales quotas and goals
• More than (3) years previous experience in Pharma sales or a related filed • Must be computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information filing documents, or updating customer profiles/ account may include entering and tracking merchandise • Excellent communication skills • Persuasive and goal- oriented • In- depth understanding of company services and its position in the market • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Age Between - 20 to 40
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business or related field preferred
