-Design, develop, implement and maintain employee training programs that align with organizational visions, missions and objectives -Identify training needs, coordinate with trainers to develop training methods and deliver effective training programs -Develop & manage the training directory and advise HR Manager for selection of training and development plan -Coordinate with Brachers to develop employee luning programs & implement training schedule. -Apply a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and ensure effective knowledge training -Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure trainging effectiveness and make necessary adjusdtments -Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve and adapt training programs.
-Must have 2-years working experiences in related field -In-depth understanding of training techniques ,practices,concepts and methods -Proficient in Microsoft word, excel & power point -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Excellent communication skills, conceptual skills and presentation skill -An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and innovation -Working Hours : 8:00AM 4.30PM (Mon to Fri) 8:00AM-1:00PM (Sat) -Holidays : Saturday (Half Off),Sunday and Public Holidays

-Bachelor's degree with diploma or Certificate in human resource development.
