Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Setting up annual and quarterly business plan. • Executing SOPS at the stores by coaching, training to all managers and staffs and making improvements. • Effectively communicate with 3rd parties, suppliers, contractors, landlords’ agencies etc. • Effectively manage different departments including HR & Admin Purchasing Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, Delivery etc. • Plan and develop the overall organization direction and marketing strategy. • Strong organizational skills, customer service, up to trend with F&B industry. • Review & analysis income & expense of the organization. • Report and perform duties assigned by MD.


Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Management level with F & B industry with extensive knowledge. • Experienced in operations, knowledge in sales and marketing, digital content. • Good financial management skills. • Able to travel and work under pressure. • Must be good in English. Computer literacy (Microsoft, Formal Emails, etc). • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications / Certificates

- Bachelor Degree & Diploma in Business Management.
