• Handle Local Recruitment & Selection process • Check annual staffing plan, manpower request, Job Grade, Salary & Allowances • Candidate attraction & Sourcing, Application screening • Arrange the interview appointment & sending the offer • Check the employee Onboarding as check list • Remind for Probation assessment • Arrange the exit interview • Manpower database and Organization chart update • Prepare the annual resource planning • Assist to HR Manager in talent development and succession planning
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management field. • Ability to work under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email) • Good in English and must be good communication Skill,
