Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Lead site checks and accurately measure project locations - Prepare new site check reports, assess site feasibility, and measure dimensions - Foster strong relationships with contractors and building owners - Work overtime and travel as needed - Compare contractor quotations and assist in cost control - Apply construction knowledge to project management - Handle communication and follow-up with contractors regarding renovation timelines - Negotiate with department heads and operations teams - Coordinate with government offices for permits - Use AutoCAD and other software for 3D layout planning

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field - Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Strong written and spoken English Ability to start immediately -Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate) -Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM -Off Days: Alternate Saturday, Sunday & Gazette Holidays

- Age Between - 25 to 35
