-Managing overall administrative activities for the organization. -Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. -Manage fixed assets, licensing issues, vehicles and office work -Handling M&E, Construction administration processes. -Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture. -Monitor of costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation inventory, office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints -Must be able to manage time, schedules and perform assigned tasks on deadline -Familiarity with performance appraisal process
-Must have 5 years' experiences as Admin Manager position -In-depth understanding of office management procedures -Must be handle Construction processes and M&T administration processes -Proficient in Microsoft Package -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Good communication skills andinterpersonal Skills -An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and innvoation -Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri) And 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM( Sat) -Holidays : Saturday Hall Off, Sunday and Public Holidays -Benefits : Uniform Ferry provided (Pick up Point)
