Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

•Leading sale team Lower Myanmar distribution and to achieve sale target, including hiring, coaching, goals setting performance management. •Understanding product knowledge and develop and implement sales strategy for growth in revenue and number to active customers. •Manage team member to collect competitors information and customer feedback in a timely manner. Arrange meeting with customers in Lower. •Implementation and measuring result to hold the accountability of sale plan. •Developing strategies with top management and related department to achieve sales target branding and coverage of products with relations to competitor.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree. •5 years experience in Sale distribution at Lower Myanmar •Experience in distribution, dealer management, professional sales and sales management, business leadership. •Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill.

- Age Between - 35 to 45

Qualifications / Certificates
