-Assisting in recruitment process such as posting vacancy announcement, collecting CV's, and interview appointment. -Maintaining and updating employee personal data and related HR documents. -Monitoring employee attendance, leave and late. -Preparing payroll data and performing payroll process. -Responsible for HR related payments such as medical allowance and uniform fees. -Preparing confirmation letter, promotion letter, waming letter, termination or any other HR related letters. -Responsible for employees' affairs such as employees' accommodation, and ordering uniforms and name badges. -Responsible for monthly announcement and arrangement of BOD's and employee's birthday party. -Responsible for selection of Best Employee of the Month process. -Assisting in arrangement of activities and events held by the hospital. -Preparing and participating in EOM selection process. -Coordinating with other departments for employees' requirements. -Responsible for other related duties assigned by HR Manager.
-At least 2 years experience in Human Resources field and minimum 1 years' experience in management. -Good at personality and excellent communication -Sound knowledge on National Labor Law -Hands-on Experience in HR operations. -Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Age Between - 25 to 35
-Any Bachelor Degree and/ or preferably Degree in Management.
