• Manage and ensure smooth store operations of assigned store/s. • Ensure store standards, product safety, and customer service is according to company requirements. • Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and controls are implemented and enforced to all team members. . Check and execute initiatives and promotions at all stores assigned on time. • Resolve operations issues and take care about stock damage, variance and lost. • Assists Area Manager in ensuring compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention. • Provide training and development by giving constructive guidance to team members. • Attend and participate in required meetings and company events. • Provide and compile store data for the weekly updates. • Responsible for taking care of sales and stocks of the company at the location they are assigned.
- At least 2 years experiences in retail industry. - Customer service orientation, good - Ability to work under pressure.
- Age Between - 25 to 40
. Any graduated or more prefer related Diploma or Certificated.
