-Process for the customer inquire and order -Solve the customer complain and inform to service team -Follow up the customer with Ph (or) Email - Service report to manager - Customer database and maintain the record -Service team stock checking -Support the data information to make way plan -Good communication with customer

Requirements

-Must have 1years experience in related fields -Preferred the knowledge of Generators -Customer service with negotiation skills

- Age Between - 20 to 30

-Any Graduate
