-Assist the Manager in outlet operations by applying knowledge in F&B costing and cost control, including staff cost, to contribute to the financial success of the outlet. -Assist in organizing of stock and equipment, ordering of supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness, and security. -Assist in planning working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets. -Assist in people management including recruitment, training and development, shift scheduling, and payroll administration. - Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times and in compliance with regulations. -Providing leadership in cultivating, training and coaching staff in providing excellent service experience to all guests consistently. -Handling guests' queries and feedback. -Assist to develop and implement operational SOP, marketing and promotional campaigns. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. -Prepare monthly reports in regards to staffing, food control, and sales, and other performance analysis documentation.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience. -Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment. -Great Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Service and result oriented, good team player.
