Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Understand and anticipate industry trends that will affect network distribution and marketing plans in the short and long-term • Provide market research, competitive analysis, market strategies, and build sales stories in support of sales strategies • Oversee all activities related to the day-to-day management and implementation of tactical marketing plan for team • Possess familiarity with the competition, assess competitive threats, and develop proactive strategies to maintain competitive position on distribution platform • Provide ongoing communication to all regional offices on domestic marketing campaigns asset development in support of client initiatives • Lead and execute marketing campaigns in support of mass affluent and mass retail client segments to drive sales and growth • Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of national marketing campaigns • Provide necessary reporting and measurement to determine the effectiveness of marketing mission • Plan, prepare, execute and measure ROI-oriented marketing activities • Obtain all necessary approvals and feedback for proposed plans and budgets before execution of strategized marketing plan


Requirements

• Candidates should be resourceful, outgoing and possess both marketing and analytical expertise • A highly organized individual with excellent project management skills and multi-tasking abilities • Must be detailed oriented, with great follow up skills and able to complete projects on specific timelines • Eager and able to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in relative ambiguous and complex situations • Ability to travel and attend industry events and conferences • Possesses high standards of professionalism and leadership • Gathering recommendations from partners in sales support and field to enhance and optimize marketing initiatives • Ensuring all marketing initiatives align with strategies and marketing calendar • Briefing internal Creative Services team and manage the development of sales marketing materials such as product sell sheets, brochures, e-blast communications, show-specific sales decks, reels • Collaborating across business units to align cross-divisional marketing objectives and maximize efficiencies • Must be experienced 2years & above in Marketing Manager or related field
