Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Leading the sales area (upper and lower) Myanmar, according to the sales plan and strategics. - Manage monthly sales plans, activities plan, overview DM and RM sales activities. - Effort monthly high sales volume and customer care, leading monthly sales volume. - Oversee and manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources. - Develop and implement a robust sales force effectiveness framework to govern all sales force effectiveness activities. - Lead development and implementation of processes, tools and systems to support sales activities. - Drive active usage of key account management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/monthly, yearly targeting. - Collaborate with sales teams to anticipate their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectiveness. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors to ensure sustainability of services provided.


Requirements

- At least (5) years’ experience in a similar rote., - Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken). - Demonstrate fluency in computer skills. - Can be travel over the States and Divisions. - Respects reporting system, daily, monthly and yearly report and meeting

- Age Between - 20 to 40
