Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

Manly answer phone calls professionally and handles customer complaints (both technical and non-technical) Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns Provide First-Level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues Keep phone call records exactly and timely with System and report to the relevant department daily Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services, and policies Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products knowledge Collaborate with training team to improve customer service Do tasks given by the Team leader and others immediate duties depending on the condition Requirements:


Requirements

Strong Phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM system Ability to communicate in Both English and Myanmar Must be good English four skills Must have good computer skills and fast typing Must be willing to work in night shift Able to work and deal with company for long term (One Year Contract) Must experience in customer service Training will provide and willingness to learn actively Attractive Salary with Annual incentives
