-Design and maintain organization's data warehouse -Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met. -Collaborate with each department, collect data from various sources and planning for insight report that can be able to support for data driven discussion/decision -Develop and analyze insight report that are to be used by the managers and the managers of the company. -Analyzing various data to spot and mitigate patterns or trends that can impact to company business -Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate problems within the company -Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the systems -Having extensive knowledge of an organization's business and MIS requirements. - Supervising MIS staff and motivating them to work efficiently and collaboratively
