Working hours-9:00AM to 6:30PM Close day- Sunday and Public Holidays

Requirements

- University graduate with advance learning in Strategic Human Resources Management - Experience: Good track record in developing and implement HR strategy Communication skills: clear and effective in both written and verbal. Well collaboration between departments, Stakeholders, Top Management, Sr. Management and Government Authorities - University graduate with advance learning in Strategic Human Resources Management . Conduct structured onboarding process and practices with close collaboration / mentoring with hiring mangers and make sure every new comer have their performance goals an all necessary HR tools in hand. - Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructure, succession planning, resourcing, L&D learning and development, IDP- Individual Development Plan and TDP Team Development Plan. - Deliver Engagement Drivers and make effective engagement survey. Create quarterly engagement activities with alternative engagement delegates from teams.
