- Write job descriptions for needed positions. - Creates a recruitment network on social media and other media (online job portal, journal, agencies, website) - Management to recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interview, conducting reference checks and making jog offers. - Arrange the Training Program internal and external. - Implement the employee welfare program. - Responsibility of compensation & benefit process. - To solve the problems about the disciplines, warning and etc., for the employee who breaks the policies & procedures by coordinating with HR Manager. - Overall Manage on HR functions. - Report timeline to HR Manager and to assist HR Manager for the urgent matters.
-At least (3) years experience in Recruitment, with at least (2) years in management role. -Must have knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law. - Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Age Between - 30 to 40
-Bachelor’s Degree in any graduated. -Must have Diploma in Human Resource Management.
