- Download fingerprints & record attendant in/out time. - Record attendance sort by department both in - Attendance daily record book and excel. - Follow up for Leave Forms whose is taking leave. - Screening CV and proceed the recruitment process. - Assist in Preparation EC Contract for the permanent employees. - Prepare monthly reports and interview list sorted by positions at the end of every month. -Update Attendances in attendant & payroll database. - Update Biodata and Leave Database in order to set out Leave balance monthly report. - Have to prepare the data of salary for providing relevant data absences. Late, leaves, Bank Acc etc. - Salary and SSB must be calculated and submit to HR Manager monthly, and have to go SSB Office to settle SSB. -Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. - Prepare the Office announcement letter of any issues which are mentioned by Management.
-At least 2 years' experiences in HR field. -Must know and handle in labor law and labor case. -Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. -Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws. -Fluent in English Four skills.
