- Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to the Country Manager. -Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. -Built processes, procedures, policies, and forms with related supervisors that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance. -Analysis and interpretation of sales results and suggest improvements. -Direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of sales representatives. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. -Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. -Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team. -Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors. -Survey and compile competitor information, the current market situation. and future trends and insights. -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals while overseeing the sales team -Provide support to other departments within the company in terms of promoting and selling their products as and when the opportunity arises. -Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the Company. -Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas nationwide -Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
-Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a similar position. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet usage is essential. -Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills and be able to interact with people at all levels -Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical products -Leadership abilities, strategic approach, client-oriented. -Office Hours Mon to Sat (9.00 AM to 5 :00PM) -Off Days Sunday and Gazette Holidays.
