- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Identify and engage with potential new customers and distributors. -Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints effectively. - Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. -Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitive activities, and customer needs. -Prepare and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. -Report sales activities, progress, and market feedback to the Sales Manager regularly. -Maintain a deep understanding of the company's lubricant products.
