Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Advertise open positions at Facebook, Unkedin and Personal announcement. -As of sourcing, to use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fors -Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates -Performing interviews and checking the background start from Staffs level to the Senior level. -Following up on the interview process status. -Record and update employee database and personal es -Preparing letters such as offer, appointment and confirmation -Dealing with recruitment operations related issue for Yangon Head office and Lower Myanmar

Requirements

-At least 2 years' experience in recruitment & selection fold -More preferable in recrument agency background -Strong Enowledge of Myanmar Labour Law for specific Function -Proficiency in computer literacy and advance excel -Must be able to work independently and under a stressful situation -Working Hour : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -Off Day : Saturday (Altenative) & Sunday + Public Holiday -Benefits : Basic Salary+ Allowance

- Age Between - 25 to 35

Qualifications / Certificates

-Any Graduate with HR Diploma is preferable
