Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Ensure outstanding customer care at all times. • Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times. • Accurately answer inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations. Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency. • Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, upsell to suites, increase occupancy and revenue. • Resolves customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. • Ensures phone calls, wake up calls and taxi-booking and messages for guests are handled in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. • Cross-checks all billing instructions and customer registrations are correctly updated in the system. • Handle GIT arrivals and corporate market segment groups and pre-registers each guest and ensures payment is made in full for the group or that billing is correct. • Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management. • Takes responsibility in the absence of the Front Desk Manager or Room Division Manager. • Overseas the business center and ensures the area is clean and guest ready at all times.


Requirements

• A minimum of THREE (3) years of Front Office experience is required. • A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable. • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Must be able to work unsupervised. • Able to communicate fluently in Chinese or English or both is a must.

Qualifications / Certificates

University Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or proven work experience in the Hotel industry.
