• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, Cash flow forecasting, budgeting etc. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. • Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the Management. • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. • Responsible to control the daily/weekly/monthly payment transaction process. • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns. • Monitor and ensure internal control compliance for all the accounting entries. • Work conservatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives. • Providing required training and coaching to Accounting Team members to ensure skill and knowledge is updated and in line with the latest MAS update. • Advise to the Management of latest MAS update and impact. • To advise the Management on Corporate tax planning, tax forecast and tax calculation and any other tax related matters.
• Age between 35 to 45 years. • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in senior management level. • Good use in Microsoft office especially in advance excels. Accounting Software can be use well. • Have experience in Budget planning, Taxation and Financial analysis. • Good communication, cooperation, negotiation, problem solving and team work skill. • Can be work under pressure. • Can be work any assigned duty by management. • Good communication, cooperation, negotiation, problem solving and team work skill.
