Develop, manage and execute a IT Strategic plan, policies, procedures and standards applicable to all areas of IT including hardware, software, communications and information services, and planning and control of IT resources (budget, staffing, hardware, network infrastructure and software etc.) • Enable successful implementation of the E-Commerce Project, as well as other upcoming large and more complex information system projects in the company • Ability to manage ongoing complex technology programs, including SAP, Convenience Store POS System and Fuel Station Management System • Vendor Management with respect to cost efficiency and quality of service • Develop, implement and educate on IT policies, procedures and IT standards including IT Security Guidelines as part of Information Security for the company • Manage the support needs of the branch offices • Coordinate and support the company in new IT initiatives and developments • Responsible for IT Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plan, enforcing systems security policies and procedures, enhancing IT Service Management, aligning IT strategies and business plans • In-depth working knowledge and experience in Information Systems Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Service Management and Project Management • Familiar with Microsoft and Linux Technology • Independent and Resourceful
Computer Science or other relevant technical disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years managerial position.
