-Develop trade marketing plan, marketing strategy. and customer engagement actvities including the development of poit of sales (POS) materials and promotions -Supervise day-to-day operations and increases marketing efectiveness by identifying long-term and short-term goals. -Working closely with Sales and Marketing staff Regional Marketing & R&D Team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies, overall sales & reveue targets, and regional /Local trade marketing and promote sales -Good manage supplier relationsbips and high level of customer service. -Compare and report the effectiveness of the marketing communications activities and competitor actvitbes. -Measure team performance KPI, and coordinate between internal teams. -Audit for stock availabrlity and visibalities in the market, trade marketing activites and events -Buildng rapport with customers, vendors and outlets to monitor brand performance.
-At least more than three to five years of relevant experience with trade marketing and customer engagement. -Strong knowledge of the automobile industry. - Excellent Computer Skills- MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - Good personality and communicatiom skills. project management skills, organizational and multi-tasking Skills. -Ability to work under pressure and respect for and ability to work with teams * Must have a valid driving license and must be able to travel in Mandalay and Upper Mtyanmar Areas professionally.
