Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

Working Time-8:00AM to 5:00PM Off Day-Sunday Take overall responsibility for the performance and quality control of all MEP trades Manage and lead MEP subcontractors from contract award through project close out Prior to installation, review shop drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness Provide scheduling input to the project team as it relates to the MEP trades Coordinate onsite MEP activities, materials procurement, and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed and requested Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of field installation issuest Attend weekly meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors Maintain good relationship with co-workers, vendors, subcontractors, owner, engineers and architects Process works/inspection for MEP section

Requirements

At Least 5 to 8 years at M&E fields Strong communication skills MEP works for coordination and civil relation field General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they related to construction of project Experienced dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors Proficient computer skills Auto cad skills

BE (or) AGTI (Mechanical or Electrical)
