-Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures -Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks -Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases -Managing employee benefits and payroll calculation -Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees -Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts -Must be familiar with HR processes -Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, Income Tax and SSB calculation -Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
-Must be use Microsoft word, Excel and Power point -Can use outlook and Internet Email -Salary : Negotiation (Base on experience) + Attendance Allowance + Phone bill -Office hour : Mon to Fri (9:00AM to 5:30PM), Sat (9:30AM to 3:00 PM) -Off day : Sunday and Public holiday

-Must have any graduated -More prefer human resource management diploma
