Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. - Answers incoming calls, either directly to reception or redirected from phone system. - Assist with various administrative tasks, such as copying, issuing office use forms. - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. - Prepare meeting and training rooms. - Manages conference room bookings. - Provide a professional & efficient reception service - Schedule appointments and ensure that relevant staff are notified and prepared.


Requirements

- Age between 20 to 25 years. - Must have 2 years' Reception and admin experience. - Customer service attitude. - Proactive, innovative and energetic self-starter. - Must be self-managed and confident. - Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email). - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative working style.
