Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Handles day to day office administration works. - Maintaining stationary, stock list, office equipment and company fixed assets. - Arrange monthly phone bills, meter bills, license extension and other payable. - Prepare company uniform and ferry schedule. - Apply the stay visa, FRC extension, Form C, and labor card for foreigner. - Communicate to relative Government office when necessary - Related other administrative works - Align with company policies, in all arca. - Checking security record, compound check, and emergency report - Checking the petrol charges for office using cars logistic using cars. - Payment and proposal prepare for all payment to the HR and Admin daily, weekly, monthly. - E contract renewal, and can be communication with Government, office easily. - Well knowledge able of manage license. MIC, DICA, related company register renew, extension and new application process. - Can be organize the employee's all necessary claim documents, data and update in the master database.


Requirements

- Details to check the employee's all necessary claim documents - Details to check the employee's all necessary claim documents - Follow up with finance team to ensure all payments in time (daily, weekly, monthly). - Liaise with finance team, support for the expatriate's reimbursement process and submit to HR and Admin Manager. - Make a purchasing plan of necessary materials, chemical and equipment. - Responsible for the company HR and Administration process. - Can work under pressure, challenge, critical work. - Report to HR and Admin Manager proper daily, weekly and monthly report.
