Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

•Strategically planning and managing transportation including sourcing car rental (petrol & manpower), manage contracts, ferry routes, maintenance, and insurance. •Coordinate fuel voucher distribution and arrange transportation for employees on a daily basic. •Resolve any arising problems and complaints to maintain service quality. •Maintain a data entry system to monitor performance and implement necessary improvements. •Ensure compliance with government law, road rules and regulations pertaining to transportation. •Handle invoicing and payment processing for monthly rental fees, monthly rental overtime charges, and fuel expenses. •Execute any special task assigned by line manager. •Assist in monthly purchase of office equipment items and others related items. •Apply for and register gate pass for vehicles


Requirements

•Proven working 3 years working experiences Well knowledge and manage in logistics industry. •Knowledge in using Microsoft office. •Willingness to work flexibly, moderate spoken and written communication in English and Myanmar skills. •Self-starter with initiative and positive attitude •Ability to work independently, under pressure, meet deadlines and team work skills such as open minded, trustworthy, problem solving, and nimble etc.
