Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

1. Collect and store customer service packs into NOC documentation 2. Coordinate with Logistics and PMO to receive equipment and accessories on time 3. Coordinate with field and third party to schedule site survey and installation 4. Verify equipment list is completed as per Equipment schedule 5. Implement equipment configuration in line with configuration plan 6. Ensure security policies are implemented in the device configuration as per security template 7. Provision customers in the AAA system and coordinate with Ops team if any configuration required at the core level 8. Handover equipment to field team and provide remote support if required while onsite 9. Review test plan results 10. Update IP Plan and store test plan results 11. Integrate customer service into the monitoring 12. Review monitoring statistics 48H after installation and ensure SLA are met 13. Escalate any performance issue to Operation team and Operation management 14. Support the NOC back office team for L1/L2 troubleshooting

Requirements

1 – 3 years of experience in a similar configuration / network technician role within a MSP/ISP Knowledge of telecom and IT concepts Strong device configuration skills Mikrotik/Cisco certification preferred but not required Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills Good writing, editing, and speaking skills in Myanmar and English language Rigorous and pay attention to details Well versed in MS Office.
