Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks, troubleshooting and resolving software hardware, network and network issues - Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations. - Prepare purchase quotation requests for Finger Print Devices, Network Devices and Peripherals, Computers, Laptops, IT peripherals, Printers, UPS & Battery - Setting up workstations and accounts (0Email, Domain) for new employees - Training staff on the use of new technology and offering support as needed - Managing Microsoft Office 365 for One Drive, Sharepoint, Team, and Exchange - Microsoft Business Central 365 Client System Setup. - Troubleshooting and coordination with vendors for business applications such as MBC and ERP software - Managing virtual servers with Windows Server 2008, 2012,2016 and Ubuntu OS for Business Applications, - DHCP Server, DNS Server, Active Directory Domain Server. End Point Antivirus Server, Attendance Server and File Server - Provide Training to staff on using new technology and offering support as needed for office users.DMS users - Managing and maintaining routers, switched CCTV systems and firewalls - Weekly Checking and testing CCTV Network device and UPS - Marking sure scheduled automation for routine database backup and restore are properly permission. - Monitoring and optimizing system performance and Maintaining security through updates. patches, and proper permissions - Performing IT Ad Hoc duties as required

Requirements

- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Office IT support field. - Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi and Windows Server - Working knowledge of access control and surveillance systems - Working knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms - Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

- Age Between - 20 to 35

Qualifications / Certificates

- Any Bachelor's Degree - Certificate of A+, Network Engineering, CCNA,, professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
