Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Lead and manage Network and system administration within NOC department to deliver good quality internet service to subscribers -Review and improve infrastructure support services and operations -Ensure stability and strategic success in Network operation and service -Conduct vendor negotiations SLA as well as ensure performance of the upstream providers service quality and SLA Target -Prepare and manage for the smooth operation of NOC team normal operation processes and activities including change management

Requirements

- Must have minimum 4 years of experience in Internet Service Provider, design,implementation, migration. -Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. -Strong Network technical skills with various protocols and vendors -Good knowledge in server administration. -Strong leadership and organizational skills -Able to work in a team environment of engage and motivate team members. -Must have CCNP or equivalence skills. Experience in Juniper network and GPON technology is preferable

- Age Between - 28 to 40

Qualifications / Certificates

-Must be graduated University College in Telecom/ IT field or related with Telecom/IT field.
