-Take a lead role in the sales process, from initial customers engagement to deal closure. - Identify and target potential customers through market research, or new ways of reaching existing markets. -To visit outlets according to PJP assigned to ensure excellent merchandising & visibility. -Build strong customers relationships through effective communication and evaluate customers' needs. -Coordinate with distributors and customers to ensure product availability with healthy stock level. -Generate regular reports on sales performance to achieve monthly & yearly target. -Building and maintaining company's good reputation through excellent sales and marketing practices. -Perform any other related duties assigned by reporting manager. -Able to travel Lower Myanmar Region to develop sales leading sub-d channel.
-At least 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Field, more preferable Sub-D channel is plus. -Excellent sales discipline and able to work under pressure. -Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills. -Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power Point). -Basic Salary + Daily Fees+ Uniform + Ferry Provided -Working Hours: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm -Off Day: Sunday and Gazette Holidays
