Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

Manage overall HR Planning,recruitment & selection,compensation & benefit,performance Appraisal and training & development. Develop HR department policies and procedure,employee's handbook review JD and JS and creatoverall HR templates. Compile and maintain market-driven /benchmark compensation decision to drive employee performance,engagement and retention. Experience in working with KPI and Balanced Scorecard. Providing HR device and Support to line manager and employees,explaining producers and policies in a timely effective manner. Manage HR department operation targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources,where applicable. Prepare periodical reports to provide validate HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions. Assist to develop and review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies. Building Strong employee relations & Engagement to attain their trust & employer branding. Maintain and Control Office Building and Vehicles. Handling employee complain. Manage all of office administrations work.


Must have 5 year experiences in management field as HR & Admin Manager. Knowledge of HR system,databases and administrative work. Good Knowledge on HR policies,Government Law, Labour Law,Legislation. Knowledge about SSB Process & Personal Income Tax. Proficient in work excel ,power point and email. Good cooperation reporting. Ability to define problems,established fact,analyzed situations and make decisions. Good communication skills,interpersonal skills , negotiation skills and leadership skill,good cooperation reporting.

- Age Between - 30 to 45

Qualifications / Certificates

Any graduated or Prefer MBA.
