- Supervise and carry out car maintenance and vehicle license renewal. - Manage stationery and office supplies necessary for each department. -Must calculate the kilo of related ways. -Planning and managing process of car rental, contracts, ferry routes deliberately. -Prepare monthly reports related to transportation activities, rental usage, driving incentive and any other administrative tasks. -Handle all payment process for petty-cash, electricity bill, phone bill, internet bill and other related office payment. -Purchase the office furniture and engage with IT Technician choosing and purchasing IT equipment. -Prepare and keep required administrative documents. -Must handle the fixed assets and uniform process.
-Must have the knowledge and manage in FMCG industry. -Must have (3) years experiences in related field. -Must have the time management and problem solving skills. -Must be computer literate (Microsoft Packages). -Basic Salary +Daily Fee+ Uniform + Ferry Provided -Working Hours: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm - Off Day: Sunday and Gazette Holidays
