- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. -Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. - Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. - Arranging detailed travel plans including local and overseas trips. - Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and checked them after. -Develop and maintain a filing system. -Liaising with internal and external departments. -Undertake any additional duties entrusted by the Managing Director or the Executive Committee as needed.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant in FMCG background. - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, attention to details. - Good effective communication, reading and writing skills in both English and Myanmar. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point. -Able to handle confidentiality and privacy. - Basic Salary + Uniform + Ferry Provided -Working Hours: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm -Off Day: Sunday and Gazette Holidays
- Age Between - 22 to 30
-Any bachelor degree, Certification in Management and administrative skills.
