- Develop a schedule to assess training needs. - Specialist responsible for increasing a company's productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees. - Trainers' must-have technology skills, strong communication skills, organization skills, adaptability, the ability to assess employees, enthusiasm for learning, and teaching skills. - Must be teaching medicine knowledge, beauty knowledge, consumer knowledge, and customer services. - Able to train to achieve skill about medicines for the trainee. - Must be able to travel. - Flexible, creative, and good interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to the facilitative and flipped classroom training approach - Working experience in the training field preferably from a retail company - Must be able to check training exams for all staff. - Monthly report to HOD and management for progression training.
