Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

ုရွေှပြည်သာစက်မူဇုန် (၂)တွင်တာ၀န်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ အလုပ်ချိန်- 8:00 to 4:30 စနေနေ့- 8:00 to 12:00 ပိတ်ရက်-တနင်္ဂနွေ  Supervisor & Ass;Sales Manager တို့ မှဆောင်ရွက်ရသည့် အရောင်းနည်းဗျူဟာများ၊ Execution Plan များ ပင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့်အကောင်အထည်ဖေါ်ခြင်းများတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီရန်၊  Customer အဟောင်းနှင့်အသစ်များကို Pofessional ဆန်ပြီးအလွန်ကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများပေးရန်၊  Marketing နှင့် Promotion Activities ၏ ရလဒ်များ အမြင့်ဆုံးရရှိစေရန်အတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများတွင် မိမိဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့်လုပ်ငန်းကိုတာ၀န်ကျေပွန်ရမည်။  မိမိလမ်းကြောင်းများရှိ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များထံသို့သ ရာက်၍ Positive Working Relationship တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊  ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ Product Awareness နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု Levelများတိုးတက်စေရန် သင်ကြားကူညီထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း င့် Promotion Scheme အသိပေးရှင်းပြခြင်း။  ကိုယ်စားလှယ်တစ်ဦးစီ၏ရောင်းအားအတွက် Stock များခန့်မှန်းချန်လှပ်ထားရှိရန် ကြိုတင်စီမံခြင်း။  Management Activities များ ပိုမိုတိုးတက် ကာင်းမွန်စေရန်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။  အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေးနည်းဗျူဟာနှင့်ရောင်းဈေးနည်းဗျူဟာများ ပိုမိုဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် Partner များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း၍ အဆိုပြုတင်ပြရန််။  ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ အရောင်း Performance များကို သုံးသပ်၍ တိုးတင်ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် အကြံပေးညှိ့ှနှိုင်းပေးခြင်း  ဈေးကွက်သတင်းအချက်အလက်နှင့်ပြိုင်ဖက်များ၏ Activities များအချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီတင်ပြရန်။  မိမိ ၏ အရောင်းအ ခအနမျေားကို သုံးသပ်ခြင်း၊ ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း၊ ဆးွ ခင်း။  Customer များနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သောကိစ္စရပ်များ၊အရောင်းနှင့်ရောင်းဈေးဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များကို လိုအပ်သလို ညိ့ှနှိုင်းပေးရန်။  Customer နှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အသစ်များ ပိုမိုတိုးပွါးရရှိရေး၊ ရှိရင်းစွဲ Customer များ ဆက်လက်တည်မြဲစေရေး င့် Market position, sales tools,campaigns, promotions and marketing plans များ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရေး အတွက် ဆေ ွးနွေးညှိ့နှိုင်းရန်။

Requirements

 At least 3 years’ experience in regional sales .  Able to speak basic english  Must be resourceful and relationship with several dealers all around the Myanmar  Leadership, fast and efficient thinks, careful action & planning;  Very strong communication skills  Leadership skills, Emotional intelligent management skill,  Able to manage high pressure of workload, required honest, motivate, energy and fast responsive  The position required to travel all around Myanmar

Qualifications / Certificates

 Bachelor Degree Holder or Degree in Sales & Marketing is highly preferable  ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရပြီးသူ(သို့) Sales & Marketing နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့်အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်ရှိရမည်။  Diploma in sales and marketing or similar qualification would be added advantage
