- Arrange for renewal of office vehicles together with Senior Admin Executive. - Prepare and update meeting schedule time sheets. - Arrange to complete for supply requisitions, inventory, stationary - Liaise with supplier agencies and fine more new for purchasing function. - Prepare proposal of purchasing team for marketing materials buying process. - Fixed asset Control and new update movement - Maintain and update office service contracts such as security, office ferry and Branch office rental. - Supervising office staff - Supervise for admin staffs, drivers and cleaners. - Maintain office efficiency - Implementing plan of office systems, equipment, stationary, voucher books, accessory procurement. - Monitoring and arrange for Office regular service bills, tax, security and service payments. - Maintain and Control Office Building and Vehicles - Arrange for office maintenance, air condition, generator and arrangement. - Arrangement of office vehicles way request. - Prepare payment for vehicles repairs. - Perform other related duties as required. - Other HOD duties as per Management instructions and Admin Manager.
- More than (3) years previous experience in Large Organization - Must be advance computer skills - Excellent communication skills - In-depth understanding of company services - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Age Between - 20 to 40
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred - Diploma or certificate in Administration
