Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for any Hotel systems e.g. HR system, PMS, POS, iPTV, Telephone systems and other software vendors. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems. • Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, servers, workstations, networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server / desktop infrastructure. • Should be capable of doing root cause analysis on a problem. • Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware and software. • Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular backup is taken. • Able to perform other IT or System related task assigned by the management.

Requirements

• • Good knowledge of server hardware, disk storage technology, I/O devices. • Good knowledge of network infrastructure, including wireless networks, WAN/LAN, domain controller, firewall. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Preferably with experience in Hotel related software or systems but not necessary.

Qualifications / Certificates

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or proven work experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
