Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Answering error-solutions and responding to customer requests and inquiries. - Managing and updating repair jobs statuses. - Keeping track of repair jobs due dates. - Maintaining repair jobs records with CRM Software. - Assigning tasks to technicians - Maintaining proper storage of service devices and facility equipment. - Handling strict QC of repair jobs before and after service completion. - Performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Service Administrator or in a similar position. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask. - General understanding of iPhone mechanical/technical terms is preferred

- Age Between - 25 to 30


Qualifications / Certificates

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. - 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
