Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Check the manpower requisition and prepare job posts for this position. - Provide the whole recruitment and selection process and offer for right person. - Support new employees for facilities and develop training and onboarding material. - Prepare the rules and regulations for all employees as needed. - Prepare the departmental organizational chart and update main JD for quarterly. - Prepare the performance assessment process for full of probation employees monthly. - Coordinating the time attendances and ensure the correct amount for overtime, SSB, deductions are computed. - Prepare the monthly payroll computation. - Solving issues which is related to employees' complain and provide the employee engagement. - Update the monthly staff list and report to estimate man power and salary range. - Preparing uniform requisitions and maintenance job orders as required by Operation Section. - Support the multi functions like admin tasks and can provide the other administration works as needed.


Requirements

- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and good knowledge of labor legislation. - At Lease, must have (3) years' experience in these related field and similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Package. - Strong organization skills and verbal and written communication skills.

- Age Between - 24 to 30


Qualifications / Certificates

- Must have the Bachelor Degree and other related Diploma's like HRM, HRD or HCM.
