Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. -Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. - Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed. -Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. -Daily reports, Monthly reports, Government related documents, License Extensions, Tax presentations as needed. -Organize and maintain files and records. -Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. -Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. -Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails. -Organize company events, meetings and conferences. -Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering and travel arrangements. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. -Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies.


Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role with at least 2 years in a senior position. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point). -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details. -Benefits -Uniforms

Qualifications / Certificates

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
