-Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. - Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. -Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. -Arranging detailed travel plans including local and overseas trip - Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and checked them after. - Develop and maintain a filing system. -Liaising with internal and external departments. -Undertake any additional duties entrusted by the Managing Director or the Executive Committee as needed.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant in FMCG background. -High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, attention to details.. -Good effective communication, reading and writing skills in both English and Myanmar - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point. -Able to handle confidentiality and privacy. - Basic Salary + Uniform + Ferry Provided
