Negotiate
1. To develop Sales Plan, Marketing Plan and to implement accordingly. 2. Meeting planned sales goals. 3. To monitor and evaluate all Sales and Marketing plan and program. 4. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. 5. Maintain satisfactory A & P tracking system. 6. To achieve brand listing, distribution, volume target as per plan. 7. Seek, evaluate, monitor and organize information and provide feedback to GM and recommend strategy/action plan. 8. Initiate and implement changes and improvement in services, products and systems. 9. Plan, secure, monitor and control the effective use of assigned resources. 10. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. 11. To identify opportunity for Sales Development and follow through to fruition. 12. Recruit, train, appraise and motivate team member in enhancing their performance. 13. Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationship and environment. 14. Manage external interfaces such as customers, consumers, competitors and trade bodies etc., to maximum advantage of the Company. 15. To ensure timely collection of debts and that bad debts are reduced to an absolute minimum. 16. To conduct any other duties as assigned by GM. 17. Keeping to reporting deadlines as required by GM.

Organizational skills. - Must be able to lead a team of sales people with vastly different selling styles and personality types. Must be able to motivate and encourage. Must be able to coach. Must be able to take his team to the next level and successfully overcome challenges, no matter what they are. And must have positive thinking.
